HOW TO APPLY

You may request an application form by email to hardshipfund@bclegalaidlawyers.ca. You will receive an application form and may return it with applicable attachments by email to the above email address, or by mail to the address below.
You may fill out and submit your application form online at the link below. This form uses PDF Filler, a program that stores files on its server in the U.S. While AHT will keep your information confidential, by submitting your application online, you consent to storage of your information temporarily on the U.S. server. If you start but decide not to complete your application, the partially filled form may be received by AHT but we will not retain it and will delete your information from our records. If you choose the online option, you will need to submit scanned or pdf copies of the required attachments separately by email to hardshipfund@bclegalaidlawyers.ca or by mail to the address below.
